Beyond African is about my journey in so-called Africa and growing a family. It shows the place everyone calls the “motherland” from a different angle, exposing the truth that the corruption and destructive behavior that exists in the world began here. It talks about the state of “Black” people in the west, the natives of so-called Africa, a collective identity crisis, and the karma that is being paid due to the turning of backs to the will and nature of God. Beyond African is also a testimony as it pertains to my personal shortcomings, intentions, realizations, and karmic/generational pattern release as I open myself more to a clean-hearted spirit so that I can truly nurture & support a godly, heavenly family.

So many stories of sadness, injustice, and oppression. When did we fall low to the influence of thoughts of dissatisfaction? Dissatisfied with the high quality presentation of all that sustains and surrounds us. Why has it become so foreign for us to be at ease? Why is it foreign for us to be? To see beauty in what we, ourselves, have made faulty?

The Trees Have Eyes brings a new perspective of all things demonized in our colonized minds.

note: This series, The Resurrection of Zion, is included in the cultural training & initiation program of SeeGold Empire.

The Resurrection of Zion, Vol. 1 is a brief guide outlining the modes of operation, and collective contribution, that will ensure the longevity of a sustainable village, nation, & empire. It speaks of the ideal state of mind and spiritual attitude that helps with the creation, nurturing and protection of our families as we embrace a more intimate, village/community based lifestyle.

The Resurrection of Zion, Vol. 2 focuses on and addresses the value of sisterhood, outerstanding the masculine and feminine principles, and the power of choice. It represents a personal journey into harmony and balance, and serves to empower and encourage women while reminding us of our greatest power- the power of choice.

Never Knew Love is a collection of poetic memoirs and introspective poetry that express and showcase my transition from victimhood as I analyze the nature and outcomes of many relationships. Serving as the bridge that links your soul to mine, it explores the many emotional experiences that have shaped my approach to life as a eumelanated, “black”, brown young woman. This intimate collection of poetry showcases a chronological series of emotions and healing, and also includes a brief section of affirmative prayers on the restoration of faith, compassion, courage, and more.

Unplugged: Memoirs of a Blackbird, Vol. 1 is a collection of introspective journal entries directly from my journal kept in my final days in college. Originally released & even published on Amazon (no longer available there) in July 2017, Unplugged serves as an inside look into my mind and heart as I battled depression, and decided to embark on a journey of self-discovery and shift into a more spiritually inclined lifestyle. This is a dramatic, passionate, fiery, and beautifully vulnerable documentation of healing and transformation as I began to explore myself, my shadows, and the true meaning of life over a short span of time.

Within the second volume of Unplugged: Memoirs of a Blackbird, I share more introspective thoughts and realizations of Life’s many lessons. I share experiences from childhood and how they have shaped and molded my approach to Life, while simultaneously sharing an alternative view to what I once viewed as traumatic and dysfunctional. This book serves to remind the reader, and myself, of the beauty and wisdom found within the storm, and as well as one’s ability to embrace Love in all of its many forms.
